When you visit the Alqvimia website and with every purchase you make, it is assumed that you are familiar with and accept the terms of use set out below. Please read them carefully.

Product description

Alqvimia guarantees the quality and origin of its products. The products on the Alqvimia website are original brand products. All products are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from authorized distributors supplied directly by the manufacturer.

Alqvimia strives to describe all products on the website as accurately as possible. Products are presented by collections and categories. Products are presented with text and shown in a photograph. A photograph of a product representing a group may serve as basic information about the appearance of the product. Please note that product photographs are provided for informational purposes and that we cannot guarantee that they unconditionally and accurately depict the appearance of the product. If you have any additional questions about a product, you may contact us. If a product you have received has any defect, we offer you the option of product replacement or return. Product prices

All prices shown on our website are stated in dinars, including VAT, and excluding transport costs or decorative product packaging. We undertake to deliver the product to you at the price you were informed of when your order was confirmed, and any subsequent price changes for the specific products you ordered will not affect the value of your purchase.

Depending on the final value of your order and the delivery address, transport costs may be included in the displayed price or charged additionally. For more information about transport costs, please see the Transport costs section.

Transport costs

Delivery is carried out within the territory of Serbia by courier service. Alqvimia covers delivery costs for orders within the territory of Belgrade (free delivery within Belgrade). For deliveries outside Belgrade, transport costs may be charged upon delivery of the shipment in accordance with the applicable courier service tariff, of which you will be informed at the time of purchase.

Product packaging

Products ordered via the Alqvimia website will be packed in a way that protects the integrity of the shipment (transport packaging). If you would like the products you ordered to be packed as a gift, you may leave a comment and inform us of this when placing the order.

Delivery method

Goods ordered on the Alqvimia website can be received in the following ways:

At the registered address: goods are delivered by courier service to the address you provided as your address when registering on the website;
At another address: if you want the ordered goods to be delivered to an address other than the one you provided as your address when registering, you may indicate this when creating the order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend that you check the condition of the shipment before accepting it.

It is very important that you note all transport damage visible on the transport packaging before accepting the shipment. If you notice damage to the transport packaging, ask the courier to wait while you open the shipment and check whether the packaging damage has also caused damage to the delivered items. If you notice irregularities on the item itself, return the delivered item with the courier.

If you fail to establish damage before accepting the shipment, we recommend that within 24 hours of delivery you contact the courier service that delivered the package so that a damage report can be drawn up. By following this procedure, your rights will be protected in the most efficient way.

Payment methods

Alqvimia supports the following payment methods:

Payment by card – When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor (VPOS SIA), so the entire charging process takes place on the bank’s pages. At no point are payment card details available to our system. Cards accepted in our online store are: Visa, Mastercard and Dina Card.

Cash on delivery – You may pay upon receipt of the package, in accordance with the courier service terms.

Complaints

Our primary goal is to build a relationship of trust with you and provide services fully in line with your wishes and needs. A customer who is fully satisfied with our products and service is our primary goal. If you are nevertheless dissatisfied with a delivered product, you can be sure that your complaint will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal norms.

Alqvimia does not guarantee delivery for incomplete and inaccurate orders. We guarantee a refund or product replacement if the product is delivered damaged in any way, as well as if we have sent you a product you did not order. We accept complaints within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to return the shipment to the trader at their own expense. A refund/replacement is made upon receipt of the returned product and after approval of the complaint. We check the quality of ordered products before delivery, and the expiry date is stated on the products or on the product declarations.

The consumer has the right to initiate an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure before a consumer dispute resolution body, but not before submitting a complaint and receiving a response to the complaint. Refunds

In the event of a return of goods and a refund to a customer who previously paid by one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Alqvimia is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the same payment method, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Returns

If after receiving the shipment:

You find that, due to an Alqvimia error, a product you did not order has been delivered to you
You find that, due to an Alqvimia error, in addition to the product you ordered, a product you did not order has also been delivered and invoiced, or if for any reason you have changed your mind and withdrawn from the purchase

you have the right to return the disputed products to Alqvimia, and we will refund your money or replace the product with another product, at your choice.

The conditions under which we will enable a return in this way are as follows:

the goods you return to us must be unopened and unused
no more than 14 days have passed since the day the goods were delivered to you (including non-working days)
you have completed and sent us a Statement of withdrawal from a distance purchase or a contract concluded outside business premises to the e-mail address info@alqvimia.rs
Alqvimia has confirmed receipt of the Statement of withdrawal from a distance purchase or a contract concluded outside business premises
you have packed the product before transport in an adequate manner that reduces the risk of damage during transport
you have enclosed with the product all documents provided to you upon delivery (invoice, cash receipt, delivery note, etc.)
Alqvimia has confirmed receipt of the shipment that meets the conditions for a refund

Within 14 days of receipt of a proper item, Alqvimia will refund the paid amount by payment to the account you stated in the Statement of withdrawal from a distance purchase or a contract concluded outside business premises.

IMPORTANT NOTES!

Alqvimia is not responsible for damage caused because you did not adequately pack the items you wish to return before transport. As a result, the product may be delivered to us as damaged and you will not be able to exercise your right to unilateral termination and a refund. Please therefore pack the products you wish to return in an adequate manner.

In accordance with legal norms, you are obliged to bear the costs of return.

Changes to the general terms

Alqvimia reserves the right to change all of the above terms.

Registered users will be notified of all changes to these general terms via their registered e-mail address. Users are deemed to be familiar with changes to the general terms with every subsequent order after the notice has been sent.
