Cleanse

To start preparing your skin, take a shower with a natural shower gel, gently massage your skin and rinse with water.

For gentle intimate care you can use the Sensuality Intimate Sublime Cleanser.

Exfoliate

Apply the Naturally Pure Body Scrub in gentle circular motions over your body. Rinse with water.

We recommend using it once or twice a week, depending on your skin’s needs.

Tone

Rub the skin with a body toner: Rosemary Alcohol or Queen of Hungary Water to promote complete absorption of the product.

Day or Night Treatment

Apply the Generous Bust Body Oil to the chest and décolleté and gently massage in with soft circular movements until completely absorbed.

Apply Sensuality Body Nectar or Seductive Man with an upward massage in circular movements.

• Take advantage of its Neurocosmetic properties: Apply it on wrists, behind the ears and/or on the décolleté. Applying it on these points allows the aroma to reach us and we can enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy.
• Take advantage of its physical properties: Apply it below the navel and/or on the back, at the level of the kidneys. Apply it on these points to nourish yourself with all the benefits.

On the rest of the body, apply the Lavander Body Oil.

Diffuser

A very common use of Essential Oils for its ease and versatility. Put between 5-12 drops in the diffuser, depending on the square meters of the room.

Inhalation

Place 1-3 drops on a handkerchief and inhale for a few minutes.

Body use

We recommend mixing a carrier Vegetable Oil, such as Almond Oil, in a proportion of 97% with a synergy of pure Essential Oils in a proportion of 3%, and apply on the skin with a gentle massage

Spray air freshener

Provides a unique aromatic sensation in your home by creating a natural fragrance based on essential oils. Apply 25 drops per 250 ml of water.

Facial Massage

We can enhance the effect of a facial massage by using a carrier Vegetable Oil (99%) with 1% Essential Oil. This is equivalent to approximately 20 drops of Essential Oil per 100 ml of Vegetable Oil.

In the bathtub

By applying 10 to 15 drops of the Essential Oil of your choice, we can achieve a particularly relaxing and penetrating experience of its properties. It is recommended to previously dilute the Essential Oil with a small amount of vegetable milk, because as they have a fatty phase, it helps not to form drops or accumulations of essential oils in the water that can irritate the skin.
